Yes, the Qkly app is completely free to download and register. You only pay for the services you book.

Open the app > Select your service category > Browse or search for the specific service > Choose a time slot > Confirm your address > Select payment method > Confirm booking. You will receive an instant confirmation and provider details.

Yes! You can either book a service for immediate (on-demand) delivery or schedule it for a future date and time slot that is convenient for you - up to 7 days in advance.

Yes. You can view provider profiles, ratings, reviews, and experience before booking. You may request a specific provider, subject to their availability in your area.

Go to "My Bookings" in the app, select the active booking, and tap "Cancel" or "Reschedule." Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the scheduled time you cancel. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy in the app for details.

If no provider is currently available, you'll be notified. You can choose to be added to a waitlist or reschedule for a different time. We are continuously on boarding new providers to reduce wait times.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Qkly Wallet, and Cash on Service (for eligible categories). All digital payments are secured and encrypted.

Pricing is transparent and displayed upfront before you confirm a booking. Prices vary by service type, complexity, and duration. There are no hidden charges - what you see is what you pay unless additional work is requested on-site with your approval.

Raise a dispute within 24 hours of service completion via "Help & Support" in the app. Our team will review the case and, if eligible, process a refund to your original payment method or Qkly Wallet within 3-5 business days.

Yes! Qkly regularly offers promo codes, first-booking discounts, festive offers, and a loyalty rewards program. Check the "Offers" section in the app or subscribe to notifications to stay updated.

All Qkly service providers go through a thorough background verification process including identity proof (Aadhaar/PAN), address verification, skill assessment, and police verification where applicable. Only verified professionals are listed on the platform.

Qkly offers service protection for eligible bookings. In case of damage caused by a provider, report it immediately via the app. Our support team will investigate and process compensation as per our Service Protection Policy.

After a service is marked complete, you'll receive a prompt to rate and review the service provider. You can give a star rating (1-5) and write a detailed review. Your feedback helps maintain quality on the platform.

All providers carry a Qkly ID badge, are background-verified, and their real-time location is tracked during the service. You can also share your live service status with a trusted contact via the app's safety sharing feature

Browse verified property listings filtered by location, budget, and type. Connect directly with verified agents or property owners. Schedule site visits through the app, and get assisted with documentation and legal guidance via our empanelled experts.

Yes. All property listings go through a verification process including ownership document checks, agent/owner identity verification, and physical inspection (for premium listings). Verified listings carry a "Qkly Verified" badge.

For customers, browsing and connecting with property listings is free. Brokerage or service fees, if applicable, are clearly disclosed before you proceed with any transaction.

If a service provider doesn't show up within the estimated time, you'll receive real-time status updates in the app. If they fail to arrive without notice, you can cancel penalty-free and will receive a full refund. You may also report the no-show via "Help & Support."

Download the Qkly Service Provider App (iOS/Android) > Tap "Register as Provider" > Select your service category > Upload required documents (Aadhaar, PAN, skill certificate if applicable) > Complete profile setup > Submit for verification. Our onboarding team will review and activate your account typically within 24-48 hours.

You will need: Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport), PAN Card, a recent passport-size photo, bank account details (for payouts), and relevant skill or trade certificates (e.g., electrician license, salon certification) if applicable to your category.

Basic registration on Qkly is free of charge. Certain premium listing or featured placement options may have associated fees, which are optional and clearly communicated.

You can register under Home Services & Maintenance (plumber, electrician, carpenter, AC technician, painter, pest control, etc.), Beauty & Personal Care (salon professional, makeup artist, spa therapist, etc.), or Property (real estate agent, broker, property consultant). You may register under multiple sub-categories if qualified.

Account verification typically takes 24-48 working hours after all documents are submitted correctly. You'll receive an SMS and in-app notification once your account is active and ready to accept bookings.

Once your account is active and you're online in the app, job requests matching your category and location are sent to you in real time. You'll receive a notification with booking details - tap "Accept" to confirm or "Decline" if unavailable. Consistently declining may affect your job priority ranking.

Earnings depend on the number of jobs completed, service type, and your ratings. Top-rated providers in high-demand categories like plumbing, electrical, and beauty services can earn significantly. The Qkly app provides an earnings tracker so you can monitor daily, weekly, and monthly income.

Qkly charges a platform commission on each completed booking. The commission percentage varies by service category and is clearly communicated during onboarding and visible in your Provider Dashboard. We strive to keep commissions competitive so you retain the majority of your earnings.

Earnings are credited to your Qkly Provider Wallet after each completed job. You can request a payout to your registered bank account at any time. Payouts are processed within 24–72 hours on working days. Cash payments collected on-site are settled separately per payout cycle.

Absolutely. You have full control over your availability. Set your working hours, days off, and service areas directly in the Provider App. Go online when you're ready to accept jobs and offline when you're not - just like a driver app.

If a customer cancels after you have accepted and are en route, you are eligible for a cancellation compensation as per Qkly's provider protection policy. The amount is credited automatically to your Provider Wallet.

After every completed job, the customer rates you on a scale of 1-5 stars. Your overall rating is a rolling average of recent reviews. High ratings unlock better job priority, promotional badges ("Top Rated"), and access to premium bookings with higher earning potential.

If your rating falls below the platform's minimum threshold, you may be placed on a performance review. Qkly will reach out with guidance for improvement. Persistent low ratings can lead to temporary suspension or removal from the platform to maintain service quality.

Maintain a high rating by delivering quality work on time, keep your profile updated with photos and services, respond promptly to booking requests, stay online during peak hours, and complete jobs without cancellations. Qkly also offers optional promotional tools to boost your profile.

Your safety and dignity are our priority. You have the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behaviour. Report the incident immediately through the "Report Issue" button in the job details. All reports are investigated seriously and appropriate action is taken.
